Every web-project needs consistent innovation and support in order to function continuously and be always up-to-date. This stage includes monitoring technologies for new innovations that might be appropriate for the web, as well as finding creative or unique ways to improve the elements of the web or engage the web's audience in its success. Innovation also requires a continuous seeking of on-going improvement in web usability and quality in order to exceed user expectations.
