July 21, 2008 — Max Garkavtsev, Founder of QArea, attended the LAEDC (Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation) 2008 mid-year Economic Forecast and Industry Outlook of Southern California, which took place at Los Angeles. More than 300 of the region’s top business, education, civic, and government leaders participated in the event.
Max Garkavtsev: “This meeting gave me a better insight in the region’s economic situation, its perspectives and risks. The participants shared their understanding of how to grow business in the conditions of stressed economy.”
