QArea Turns 22 — Here Is How We’re Celebrating
Back in 2001, a few young but highly talented and motivated software engineers joined forces to create a small software venture and help businesses leverage technology to achieve continuous success. 22 years later, QArea is now a company of 350+ employees with thousands of completed projects and hundreds of returning customers.
It seems like our 21st anniversary happened very recently, even though it happened exactly a year ago. This year certainly wasn’t the easiest one in our history — like many Ukrainian companies, we had to adjust to the new reality, mitigate new risks, and take care of our employees in new and unexpected ways, including helping them relocate. Still, people remain our top priority at QArea, and we are proud to say that we have retained all of our staff and continue working as one big team.
For obvious reasons, this year’s anniversary celebration is going to be a small one. We are going to have a pizza party in all three of our Ukrainian offices — in Kharkiv, Cherkasy, and Lviv — to meet with our colleagues and see some familiar faces after many of us have spent the past year and a half working remotely. And with anyone who can’t make it to the office, we are going to spend time together online.
We are happy to be celebrating another anniversary together with our clients and partners. Here’s to another year of exciting projects, new discoveries, and all-around growth!
