Project Manager for outsourcing department

Description
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our friendly team.
About Projects:
The first project has a team of 2 Frontend, 2 backend developers, 1 QA. Microservices architecture, PostgreSQL, Golang + React tech stack as a tech stack.
The second project has a team of 3 PHP developers and 1 QA. Zend Framework, JS, MySQL and AWS as a tech stack.
Both projects are taking about 0.5 FTE, but we also have internal activities.
Requirements
- Experience working in outsourcing on management position would be a plus
- The technical background will be required to communicate with developers on the same language
- PMBoK understanding is required
- PMP would be a huge plus, but not a must
- Strong methodologies understanding and usage experience
- Technical background would be a big plus
