We are looking for a Head of Marketing who takes full ownership of marketing as a business-driving function, with a strong focus on market strategy, positioning, and measurable business results.

You will work alongside a mature and capable marketing team, including strong digital specialists and an experienced copywriting function. The role is designed for a leader who can bring strategic clarity, prioritize initiatives, and elevate the impact of an already functioning marketing engine.

Your Mission

  • Build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for IT outsourcing and IT staffing services
  • Analyze markets, competitors, and customer segments to identify scalable and profitable opportunities
  • Define ICPs, positioning, and value propositions across service lines
  • Shape go-to-market strategies for both QArea and Testfort brands
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Business stakeholders to translate market insights into service requirements
  • Own marketing budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, unit economics, and ROI
  • Build predictable inbound and outbound B2B lead generation
  • Optimize the full funnel together with Sales
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team (in-house and/or vendors)

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in IT services / outsourcing / staffing
  • Proven experience in building marketing strategies from market research to revenue impact
  • Hands-on experience with international markets (US / EU)
  • Strategic mindset with a strong focus on business outcomes
  • Data-driven approach and financial awareness (CAC, LTV, margins)
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling IT or technology services companies
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM).
