Junior Sales Manager

Description

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Manager ready to grow with us, work with international prospects, and learn how to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Technologies

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years in Sales / Business Development in a service IT company (Experience with a longer sales cycle is a plus.)
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or better.
  • Curiosity: You enjoy researching companies, products, and industries and are eager to learn how to turn that knowledge into deals.
  • Communication: Friendly, confident, attentive to details, and ready to lead client conversations across email, calls, and chats.
  • Organization: Able to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines without losing your cool.
  • Tools: Comfortable with Google Workspace; HubSpot is a plus (we’ll teach you if not).

Responsibilities

  • Research potential clients and prepare proposals that match their needs.
  • Lead discovery/scoping calls with the pre-sales team and clients.
  • Handle negotiations, from the first “hello” to signing a contract.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to create client-facing materials and gather insights.
  • Keep our CRM (HubSpot) organized and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure we’re offering and delivering exactly what we promise.
