SEO Specialist / Team Lead

Description
As an SEO Specialist / Team Lead, you will shape and drive the overall SEO strategy for two service-based IT companies: QArea & TestFort — ensuring sustainable growth in organic visibility, traffic, and lead quality across the US and UK markets. This role has a strong strategic impact on the companies’ growth, strengthening their competitiveness and supporting continuous adaptation to the rapidly evolving search landscape.
You will work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams, leveraging analytics and modern approaches — including AI-driven SEO, process automation, and innovative tools — to make data-informed decisions and achieve consistent organic growth.
Requirements:
- 5 years of SEO experience, including 2+ years in a Lead/Head role
- Experience in B2B/Tech SEO and US/UK markets
- Strong analytical skills: GA4, GSC, GTM, Looker Studio, Clarity
- Proficiency with Ahrefs, SpySerp and other SEO tools as well as Google Spreadsheets
- Experience managing SEO specialists and link builders
- Understanding of performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Experience with AI/LLM-oriented SEO and GEO targeting
Nice to have:
- Experience with IT service/outsourcing companies
- Automation/AI tools and basic scripting
- A/B testing and basic HTML/CSS
- Understanding of CRO, UX, and user journeys
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the SEO strategy across two IT service companies
- Set and track key SEO KPIs (traffic, conversions, qualified leads)
- Lead technical, on-page, and off-page optimization efforts
- Manage link-building processes and ensure quality control
- Oversee SEO-driven content processes: topics, briefs, optimization, performance analysis
- Conducting SEO research, market analysis, competitor analysis, and semantic core development
- Collaborate with development and marketing teams on improvements
- Analyze data via GA4, GSC, and Clarity; manage tracking through GTM
- Adapt strategy to search algorithm updates and AI-driven search (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
- Identify new growth opportunities and support conversion rate improvements.
