QArea Founder & CEO Max Zorian to Represent IT Ukraine Association in France
QArea Founder and CEO Max Zorian has been appointed Ambassador of the IT Ukraine Association to France, becoming the Association’s first official representative in the French market. The appointment reflects France’s growing importance as a strategic technology partner for Ukrainian IT and highlights QArea’s long-standing role in representing Ukrainian engineering expertise internationally.
Max Zorian founded QArea in 2001 and has led the company through more than two decades of international growth, building partnerships with international clients including HuffPost, Skype, and Dashlane. He is also a Member of the European Business Association and has been actively involved in international business communities representing the Ukrainian technology sector.

About the role
France has become one of the fastest-growing destinations for Ukrainian technology partnerships. Initiatives such as Viva Technology, La French Tech Kyiv, and joint programmes co-funded by the French Government and the European Union have created a foundation for deeper cooperation.
In this voluntary role, Max will focus on strengthening business connections between Ukrainian IT companies and French organisations, especially in financial services, industrial software, healthcare, and retail technology. His work will also support industry-level cooperation between the IT Ukraine Association and French business organisations, including associations, chambers of commerce, and sector-specific clusters. Another priority will be promoting Ukrainian engineering quality, delivery culture, and participation in major French technology events such as Viva Technology.
